Perfect nails! Finally a long nail that doesn’t have that ugly curve over the nail bed. I purchased the ballerina nails. I’ve been doing my own nails for over 20 years because I hate going to the salon. They are tapered at the ends which gives them a more natural look. They are very sturdy and do not bend. I recommend using Kiss brand nail glue. It works great for me and lasts longer than other brands. Here’s how I apply mine. 1. Clean nails with nail polish even if your nails aren’t painted. This will help remove oils. 2. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water. 3. Dip fingertips in rubbing alcohol and let them air dry. This will remove oils from skin before you start touching the fake nails. 4. Preselect nail size and lay them aside in order. 5. Buff each nail enough that you see a white powder. 6. Apply glue to entire surface of natural nail bed and lower nail from finger to tip. Repeat on all nails. 7. Trim to desired length and file to smooth rough edge. 8. Paint and apply top shine. Voila! I sell dry nail polish for a living and I prefer to keep my nails longer. I'm very very rough on my hands and nails. I originally purchased these based on a personal recommendation. These are the longest nails I've ever handled, but I've actually found that that makes them easier to apply. The curvature around the base of the nail is a little too much. Maybe my nail beds are just less curvy than most? I have wide nails and am able to find perfect fits in width, but the stong curvature can them hard to press down and fully adhere to my nail. Also, the nails are quite thick. They are very sturdy, but the thickness makes them look very fake. I file down the surfaces with an electric nail file before and after applying. That helps. The media could not be loaded. I have only had tips or extensions once but they were thick and bulky, in short ... I hated them! I'm extremely picky about my nails and have only ever done gel polish (both in salon and on myself) over my natural nails (since the bad experience years ago). So this is coming from a total amateur point of view. These are behinner friendly! Ease of use was excellent. Basically I just put a base layer of gel under the nail and cursed to secure it to the majority of my nail. I did cut the length way down because I can't do super long nails and then shaped to how I like them. They are not bulky, which is awesome. They matched with nail seamlessly. I then applied gel polish over them. Removal was also incredibly easy! I only know this because one cured crooked (my fault, not the nails) so I had to take it off and redo it. It melted away when I soaked with acetone, just like it said it would! In short, these are fantastic and if I ever run out, which is unlikely, I will definitely repurchase. I have also already recommended them to a few friends who were highly impressed withy nails. I just took the video today and I've had these on more than a week. Don't pay attention to my cuticles, they are a hot mess! Haha Price is excellent as well. I'm cheap, so this was an awesome deal in my book! ... show more

    • Very flimsy
When purchasing, the reviews were really good so I thought for sure it would be a good buy! I have been doing my own nails for around 2 years now and wanted to try these out. Unfortunately the first set I did, two cracked after an hour of pretty light use (I did my makeup and hair) then I redid those ones thinking maybe I just caught them wrong oh well. They just keep cracking/breaking and there just is not good durability. I tried for a third time to redo them and again after a day at work where I work in retail so nothing too tough on nails, I had two crack and one chip in the middle a whole chunk out. They’re very nice nails, very good shape and clear. I am just pretty disappointed in the durability of them I think if they were thicker it would help they’re just very thin. ... show more

Saddle up, this is gunna be a long one. So, I'm ballin on a budget and not afraid of it. I like my glam, LOVE getting my nails done but my girl I go to is like $60 and up. Literally can't afford it anymore so I started playing around with glue ons. Some of them are fire I won't lie, but I like to paint them etc, but I can't do my own acrylics to save my life. Stumbled upon these and thought, "Meh, what the hell.." WHAT THE HELL THAT WAS GENIUS! Now, they come out of the box LONG AS HELL.. I use my dogs nail clippers (don't judge me, there is a guard on them with which I use to measure out how much I'm cutting them) and cut them to length. File them flat a bit, stick them on those long toothpicks with sticky tack and paint/decorate them. Once they're dry I just clean up the cuticles, buff the nail and glue them on. Y'all, the compliments I get on my nails is insane. These are THE MOST STURDY GLUE ON NAILS I HAVE EVER EVER EVER EVER USED!!! PLEASE TRUST THE STRANGER REVIEWING THEM!! THEY'RE THE TITS!!! YOU NEED THESE IN YOUR LIFE!!!! I tell everyone about them.. Literally every set costs me PENNIES!! And they last like sometimes 2 weeks before I want to change them.
