Don't expect this to work like a $700 machine. That said, it heats up in 30 seconds and makes a damn good espresso. Not like my expensive machine at my other home, but definitely acceptable. Removable water reservoir is a nice feature. At this price, you can't go wrong.

Seems to work great for what it claims to do. Not much space below output to fit anything except small mugs which is probably typical of most espresso machines. Portion settings, and an auto function (delayed brew) would be nice because I keep forgetting to turn it off and heat up takes a little bit.     • A complete waste of money
I bought this machine for Christmas and exactly 1 day after my return window the steam wand just stopped working. Next thing initially the description was incorrect for the size of the portafilter it stated it was 58mm when in fact it was 53mm. I had purchased many accessories and had to return them because of this error that has since been updated. I’ve reached out to Geek Chef via the customer service email provided by Amazon and after 3 attempts no response. I would not recommend this product for purchase. Update: Customer Service from this seller was horrible. I was only contacted after the above review. The seller requested I cut the electrical cord and send a pictures of it. Are you kidding me? That does not even sound safe. Offering a customer return options sounds like a more logical idea! I would have even paid for my own return label. I’ve ordered hundreds of products from Amazon but, this was by far the worst transaction in over 10+ years of shopping. ... show more
