This is the worst vinyl I have ever used. It does not cut on the suggested settings-it cuts all the way through the backing on the recommended settings. It is extremely hard to weed. It comes off the backing too easily, pulling the design while weeding. If you are able to successfully weed it, it does not stick to transfer tape easily. Then, if you are able to get it on the tape it does not leave the tape and stick to surfaces. I loved the color and feel of the material, but I am just really disappointed in this “permanent” vinyl. I really wish I could return it and get my money back, that is how bad it is. ... show more
