I've had this watch for a couple days now and overall it's a great watch. It has a long lasting battery. I recharge it every night and it's never below 87% at the end of the day. The heart rate monitor is very accurate and syncs with the connect app quickly. As a pedometer it does the job well and it helps me meet my step goals. I do wish that it would display images from my phone notifications. It was a useful feature on my old Samsung gear watch, but it's not a deal-breaker for me. I do not like that every time I set the timer it never shuts off when I am done using it. It also keep opening apps I am not using and they start activating when I am not using them. When apps open like the timer and go off in the middle of the night. It sucks all the charge out of the watch and is completely dead when I wake up in the morning. I want to know how to turn off the timer and stop watch when I am done using them. I am struggling with that . ... show more

On the first day, my calorie count was too high, but when I set the same heart rate on the watch as on the application, it started to measure normally. However I love this watch! It’s smaller than the others and fits perfectly.

While this is not one of Garmin’a watches for kids, my child (who is a serious cross country and track runner) has found it very helpful for monitoring his runs, keeping track of miles, watching heart rate, eta. The touchscreen features are particularly intuitive for kids. Great investment.

I've had it for just under a month. It tracks HR and steps nicely and has accurate GPS for runs. Features like sleep tracking and VO2 are not accurate. The screen randomly stopped responding to touch input. After some searching I found I could power cycle it with one of the buttons and it appears to be working again. For $150 it's not a bad value, but I worry it isn't going to last more than a few months given the touch screen issue I already experienced. ... show more

Loved the watch at first. Kept great time, battery life was fantastic. Recieved it in December and it stopped working the end of March. Tried contacting customer service thru Amazon then just googled Garmin customer service and they were great. Bridget had it working again in less than 10 minutes.
