I searched for hours for good looking short fence. Everything I liked would rust over time (based on others reviews). Finally decided to go with plastic as I want it to last for years and remove it for winter seasons. The front side of it looks like black iron fence. And only when you look on the back you see its plastc hollow shape. I would prefer it look good on both sides. But for the price you can't argue. It's a good choice for me. Relatively easy to install. I connected them first. Lined on the ground. Made Marks where it would go in. Prepped the holes a bit by clearing out rocks and old roots that might be obstructing the fence post. My daughter helped to put in by lifting the other end of the fence. It felt flimsy when we were putting it in. However it hold well. I hit it repeatedly when cutting grass and it stays well put. I would def buy it again. ... show more

It was not the season to buy these in the big box store, but I really needed something reasonably attractive to keep my pup from tearing up the downspout in the corner. I found these and figured it was worth a try. Was I surprised! The last house and the last time I needed these, I could only find cheap wire things that I could easily bend by hand. These were sturdy and look like they are going to hold up well! In comparison, the first ones would bend when I pushed them into the ground.... THESE DO NOT! The first ones were vinyl coated wire, which will last a little while but not forever, THESE ARE NOT! They are nice metal and appear powder coated or something. I am excited that these are going to last me as long as I need them, and not just for a season or two..... ... show more

The last garden fence I had was plastic and would not stand straight and stay in the ground. This fence is sturdy and goes deeper in the ground to stay straight, as well as very pretty. I'm very happy with them.
