Our little guy loves garbage trucks, and - while finding this truck highly rated - we gave it a shot! It's very well-made with clean, smooth seams and plastic parts on top of a cast-metal cab. (Its weight adds to the enjoyment, I think.) The "garbage cans" that come with it are similarly well-made, and add to the fun of loading and dumping random bits around the house into the body. Very sturdy and so many fun accessories! But no way to turn off the sound. Even my son asked me to take the batteries out because it was to loud and wouldn't stop. Food for thought!

This is my son’s favorite truck. Exactly as pictured. I would store it on a flat surface as opposed to tossing in the toy box with other toys. My son can be a little rough and it’s held up well.

My son loves garbage trucks and this truck is his favorite. He plays with the trash cans so much that he has broken the hinges on the lids though. I would love to be able to purchase replacement trash cans without buying the entire truck again!!
