I hate wearing jeans. I prefer leggings but needed a nice pair of jeans to wear. I’m in between an 8-10. Jeans are normally tight on my waist but a little loose and saggy in the butt and leg area. The size 8 / 29 fit me perfectly in the legs and butt and the waist was a tad loose, which is normally the opposite for me. I decided to size down to a 6 / 28 and they fit perfect. Pay close attention to the fact these are a JEGGING, not a skinny jean. Very comfortable in the waist, but skin tight. Gap is great quality but unfortunately these aren't comfortable for a full day's wear due to the fact they hug my legs and fall down over time.

If you do, indeed have skinny legs, these are not the pants for you! There’s nothing skinny about these legs. The ankle cuffs are way too wide as well. Everyone is saying they’re too short, which the picture show that they’re above the ankle anyway but nobody’s talked about how wide these legs are. They are the perfect color and the perfect length. Fabric is like jeans, stretchy and comfortable. I question seriously if they are the GAP brand. They do not fit or feel like it. These jeans are terrific. I got on sale for $15! I bought two pair regular length, which were above my ankle and two long which were the perfect length. I’m 5’5” tall. They aren’t tight around the leg that I thought they would be, but aren’t tight at all.
