The media could not be loaded. Love this chandelier. It was heavier and sturdier than I was expecting. It has the look of a much more expensive chandelier. Very easy to install. Took time to assemble all the parts but worth it. The crystals are heavy and clear. I have it four stars because it does not come with bulbs. By the time I realized that I had to wait a couple of days for the delivery along with a dimmer. I will repost once everything is installed for the comparison look. ... show more

Love the finished product. It did arrive with a few broken crystals but thankfully there were extras included and it was easy to replace them. It definitely takes two (or three) for the install though as the arms are a bit pliable. The crystals are of good quality. I love it so much more than anything I saw locally and am very glad to have taken the chance on this! ... show more

It looks nice once the installation is completed. However, installation process is a nightmare. I've spent hours to complete the whole thing. Don’t give me wrong, I like the chandelier overall, I would have given 5 stars if the installation process is not too complicated. Here are the bad parts: 1) Ground wire is too short. 2) No wire to support the light fixture’s weight, I’ve to make one out of the coat hanger, you can’t hook up all the wires to the ceiling without it 3) Trying to install the light branches (15 total) is quite an adventure. This is where you wasted so much time since you have to screw each branch to the lamp body. I have slim fingers but it is hard to tighten the screws since all branches’ end are so closed to each other so it is very hard to spin the screw if you have large fingers. Must have been a poor design on this part, instead of screw on they should have made them HOOK on then this would have been perfect. ... show more

While this light fixture is beautiful, the manufacturer could have taken a few extra steps to avoid having the consumer putting wires together, but it was made I China so that wasn't expected. Due to this we had put the light up and found that one of the bulbs was not working so we had to take the fixture back down and learned that the wire connection came lose, we fixed it and put it back up. The manufacturer could have sent the wires connected since there is alot of wire that has to fit into a compacted area. ... show more

So thankful for my husband. He got this light up in about an hour. I didn't realize it would take so much assembly, the inside lights weren't wired so he had to connect those. One of the crystals came broken but they supplied extras and it was easy enough to change. You'll need two people to hang it. ... show more

Yes, this can be a great piece. It is great for an entry hallway or over a large dining room set. It needs space and a place for the light to go. For the install: you need 2 people and a bottle of Loctite. When you go to fasten the branch nuts to the base, the bolt comes out. Stupid design. We used Loctite and locked the bolts in place which made the nuts then able to screw on. This works much better with someone holding the lamp while another person does the installing of the branches. This piece is heavy. As such, it should come with a safety hook when installing at high heights. It does not. We had to makeshift one out of zip ties in order to install it ...no one person can hold that up there to align the base and bolts. It's way to heavy for that. Overall, it looks nice, but don't open that box with stars in your eyes. The install is a wicked experience that will have you swearing the entire time. ... show more
