Works perfectly. 2 min setup. HDMI cord is included. Both video and audio work great through hdmi cord. No need for additional audio output honestly, unless headphones or anything needed. This was a homerun. We are now playing Wii Guitar Hero on an 86 in Samsung!!

I had one of the converters where you plug the 3 colored wires into the adapter and has it's own power source and it was terrible. No matter how much I adjusted the settings for color and brightness all the dark colors just looked black and terrible. So this little adapter is a MIRACLE! It's so amazing and so much better. I think it looks better than the original with out old TVs and the typical wii setup. ... show more

This product was great in being able to hook my Nintendo Wii to a smart TV. If I have any complaint, it’s not against the product, it is against Nintendo for not designing the Wii to be compatible with smart TVs.
