I just put this thing together and have been sitting in it for an hour or so (so I can't speak to its longevity), and holy moly I just can't believe how much stuff this chair actually does well at its price point. I found it very easy to assemble, though I did have an extra pair of hands and that was helpful, especially when putting the arms on. But this thing is super comfortable, the massager is somehow very effective with how small it is, the lights work well and are easy to turn off if you don't want them... And I have to say, I was sure the speakers were going to suck, and they don't! Like any new speaker, you need to go into your settings and turn on the bass boost, but these speakers are absolutely what I will be using now for gaming. Oh and don't sleep on the little footrest, it's a little low for reclining imo, I'll put my feet up on my desk to recline, but if you like to sit back with your knees up, it's perfect for that! I love it. It has comfortable cushioning, I love that I can lock the backrest in place while I work then unlock it to lay back to stretch. The handles, one for the back rest, one for raising and lowering the hydraulic lift, are easy to reach and clearly labeled. The seat raises high enough to allow me to sit comfortably while typing at my adjustable desk, which sits on top of my actual desk. The leg rest is comfortable and east to maneuver. The adjustable massaging pillow, while a little loud, is quite effective. And the chair rolls with ease. Also the LED lights have several settings to choose from. Side note: I am 5‘6“ and 160 pounds: this chair fits me perfectly. My husband on the other hand, is 6’1” and 260 pounds: the top of the backseat sits at the back of his neck and the seat is a little too tight/narrow for his butt. He says if he sits all the way back it’s, manageable. I would not say this chair is designed for larger people. Thankfully the chair is mainly for my work needs anyway and I love it. Also worth noting: the instructions for assembly are not good. Thankfully, I am a tinkerer, I am very good with general assembly but FYI, the instructions were difficult to understand, some of the images were overlapping slightly. ... show more

I am extremely upset with this product. I bought this for my grandson for his birthday. I bought in May but didn't give to him until August and by end up September it broke. After spending 200$ on this chair(because I thought it was better made at that price) it didn't last over a month. That's ridiculous for the amount of money for this chair. I tried to contact the seller thinking they would make it right, but I was sadly mistaken. I will never buy anything like this on Amazon again. I'll buy it from a store that would at least allow for returns with the metal broken like it is. We ended up having to take the arm off the other side because we are worried it will break. And we have other grand children in the home, and I'm so worried about my 15 month old grand daughter getting cut on the metal. SMH ridiculous! It's sad that the company isn't offering to take this one back and replacing it ... show more

We order two of these Chairs, we only got one tracking number off amazon so we figured both Chair was on the one number, so after receiveing the first Chair, we contacted customer service to see why we only had one tracking number and only got one Chair, they informed us there was another tracking number and that the second Chair should be there soon, which it came the next day(3-8). We put the first one together and it worked fine and all lights worked all good ( Green and Black), when the second one came (pink and white) we put it together and to our surprize only part of the lights work, i have reached out to customer service now to get this issues resolved and i'm still waiting for my issues to be fixed. My wife loves the Chair and just wants all her lights to work. The company made it right after trouble shooting the other chair. now my wife as a working all around chair that is nice.. thanks for fixing the issues ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is an amazing chair for the price . Assembly: It took me 22 minutes to assemble this chair and that's while I was fighting away two children under 5. Comfort: I'm 6ft 3 and 275lbs for reference. I fit in this chair comfortably. I was a little worried about the reclining feature , but it worked perfectly . Sound: The sound quality is good for a chair and it's more than loud enough fill a room with your favorites tunes. Quality: The material worries me , but only time will tell. Right now it looks good and feels good, but in a couple months I'm sure that will be different : Overall: I would recommend this chair . Kids and adults will love this . ... show more

The seat feels a tad bit better than a $50 office chair. The foot rest is a joke I'm 5'8 and my feet hang off it by a foot. Plus you can barley even fit both your feet on the thing at the same time. The massager is joke #2 I dose nothing just vibrates a little and you have to plug it in separately. The chairs arm rests already feel like I'm wearing a hole where my elbows are kinda, had it a week now. The cord to power the lights and BT is fing only 5' long .... who's brain child was that? ( You really can't charge me another $5 and make it 10') Also the BT is always on and trying to connect super annoying. There is No off switch or button for that a little creepy if its plugged in the BT is on even when you hit the power button on the remote still on! I learned that when I had for got my keys, ran back in and bam BT connected, also had not been using it. It's for little kids. The lights are super cool 351 diff light combo. There you go Go spend $200+ on a real office chair your back will thank you ... show more
