Overall I am very happy with the chair. There were a couple hiccups I had while assembling it though. The instructions are pretty straightforward but some of the assembly was just difficult. The worst part was probably trying to slide the chair cover over the back of the chair. Eventually I had to give up because the zipper actually broke so I couldn’t zip it all the way. You can see in the photo where I had to stop zipping (I took some pliers and had to re bend the zipper onto the track). In the months that I’ve used the chair, the cover has never once become unzipped though so it really doesn’t impact the function of the chair at all. After assembly, I was very satisfied with the chair! The massage function was kind of meh to me so I don’t really use it but I find the chair to be really comfy and it looks awesome! The leg rest is a pretty neat feature as well. Would give it 4.5 stars if I could! The only negative was some of the assembly.

I found this chair to be exceptionally easy to assemble (my father expressed his surprise at how quickly I was able to assemble it, and said he was quite impressed), although I didn’t find the presence of another person to be necessary, like the instructions suggest. The chair itself is comfortable, although I think maybe it could be a little small in size for some people. It does sit higher or lower depending on how you set it, but I’m a very small young person (a rather diminutive five feet) and it’s a perfect fit for me, but I can foresee someone of a much more impressive stature than me needing something a little bigger—but for most people, I think this chair is a very good size. So far, the chair seems to be of good quality, and it’s served its purpose very well. My only complaints are that the instructions I’m regards to connecting the backrest to the bottom of the seat, via the ‘T’-lookin’ bar, are a little unclear; my instincts told me to put the bar inside the zipper flap, and insert the screws through the outside of the flap, which I feel is much easier to understand when you have the chair in hand. Another complaint is that the footrest is a little short. Again, I myself am quite short, so I’m pleased, but I can see how this would be a detriment to someone else. I do not believe this chair will last me forever, and I do think it feels a little cheap in the armrests—although I think that’s only because they’re adjustable, and thus not quite so solidly inserted into the chair. Still, I find it to be of good, sound quality, and I’m very happy and pleased with my purchase, and expect to remain happy and pleased for at least the next couple years.

The sit is really hard, I was supposed to get an additional seat pillow since I'm spending most of the time sitting next to the PC. I'm also 28ye. old not a small guy, and can't really fit in this chair because the back side of it is not flat. This chair might be good for kids, perhaps not adults.

Overall, it does its job. My only complaint is that my chair's wheels tend to get stuck randomly making it difficult to roll my chair (sometimes it goes side ways when I want it to go straight), and it seems like it's starting to scratch my floors.

Since my lifestyle have been changed due to the pandemic, now I spend more time at home, for working and gaming. I felt it's time to buy myself a comfortable chair. Luckily, I found this chair that meets all my needs and with extra functions (massage and footrest), and the price is fair. So I placed my order without too much consideration. 5 days after my order was placed, I received my chair. The installation instructions was super easy to follow, and the manufacturer thoughtfully put a pair of gloves and a screwdriver inside the box. This chair looks premium when finished building, and feels comfortable when sit on it. The head pillow and waist pillow are just at the right place for me. The waist pillow has massage function and can be powered by a power bank. The most impressive function of this chair is the footrest. The footrest used a foldable design and can be stored under the chair when not use. When it comes to use, just unfold it and use the rail to extend it to comfort my feet. The seet back can also be adjusted to a wider angle for me to lay down. During my 7 days of using experience, I already had two times falled asleep when laying on this chair, it's super comfort! In a nutshell, I definitely love this chair and would recommend it. It meets all my needs and comes with surprises. Plus, the price for this chair is fair, and the product feels comfortable and sturdy, what can I expect for more?
