We wanted all blue Christmas tree balls which were very hard to find in any local retail stores. Obviously, Amazon came to the rescue. We placed our order and received the Amazon package the next day. The balls are a beautiful bright blue and just the right size for our 4' tree. Unfortunately, the Amazon packing left a little to be desired and three of the balls arrived with small dents, probably from the package handling. Following instructions on the enclosed notice, e texted the supplier with the complaint and a photo of the damaged balls. Amazingly, we had a response text back within ten minutes. Replacement balls were in the mail direct to us that day! This is obviously customer service that goes above and beyond what we usually run into. These are so cute, I wanted small for my 3 ft and 4ft trees, they came pre strung, with extra tops. One blue one was broken, and one had a dent....but still 5 star.
