Got this controller for my son who turned 10. He’s favorite color is green and I got him that color. When he goes to open it. The controller on the box was black. And when he pulls out the actual controller it was purple. He still liked it cause he’s also a Lakers fan but we did get the wrong color that I picked. I always thing companies overprice controllers but I’m still happy, orange is my favorite color and it matches my headset. I keep it clean and wipe it down once every two weeks to prevent hand oil build up and it’s pretty durable, has a thicker shell than most controllers so I’m not too worried about breaking. ... show more

I used this controller for two weeks and started noticing the left stick pulling upward more and more. My cursor would inevitably move the to the top of the screen every 30 seconds or so, requiring continuous overcorrection in games and other apps on Xbox. When I contacted support there was no answer. The controller is nice looking but completely unusable. I am out the full price and unable to return after waiting for the seller to respond. Buyer beware! ... show more

Probably a petty thing but in the description it says that the customized product will be shrink-wrapped in the retail box, but this box wasn't shrink-wrapped or taped and was sort of beat up. It's a Christmas gift so all that truly matters is that it works. It's also just the controller no battery pack so I'm hoping that's the way it's supposed to be! I looked for a way to send this message straight to the seller but can't find it. ... show more
