The mixture from the factory is no good. The jet is too small and needs replaced. Even with a 125, I still had to raise the needle completely, and also grind the point down much finer as it was still way too lean. Mixture screw had to come waaay out. The rubber O-rings on the spacers are trash: they flake off and break super easily, and I had to clear out a bunch of rubber debris after break-in. Get some cork gasket material, and make your own to fit it. After all the tweaking, though, it’s pretty awesome. I’d buy it again (in fact I plan to). ... show more

i dont like how the fuel line is so narrow but its a solid carb and gets the job done. I would recommend but it would be a better product if they included the tiny 10mm air filter and some instruction for the install

The media could not be loaded. I put this on a monster Moto 212 and it made a huge difference in throttle response but the choke plunger got stuck and wouldn’t move so I had to sand it a little to make it work properly and the air filter took nothing to fall off but other than that I had to tinker with the idle air control but it runs great for the price. ... show more

    • Did not make my bike run at all.

I put this to my 212 and it did not make the bike run at all. No matter how many times I took the carb off to adjust the alignment and adjust the screws it did nothing. I had the engine stock at the time and just with the carb so there would be no reason on why I would need to rejet the jet sizes. I did end up getting rejet sizes but this was a couple days after I already took it off. Just kept the stock carb with a performance air filter, adjusted the throttle governor linkage and rejet the carb so everything’s good now. Even though I got the rejet carb sizes, I don’t ever see my self wasting the time to put it all back up, this carb really isn’t much of a difference then the stock one, beside the way the throttle cable is set up, everything’s basically the same. You would get a little more air I guess with this but I woulndt really see how when compared to rejet stock carb and air filter. ... show more
