I’ve purchased these several times in the past year, & have never been disappointed! As a small business owner, they work amazing for the pet portraits I offer! I choose to use my own string, just because I prefer the way it looks, but the string it comes with is cute too, & I repurposed it for packaging when shipping. Out of the 90 ornaments I’ve used these for, only 1 of my customers experienced cracking after I completed her pet portrait, which I feel like is pretty good! Some do come chipped around the edges where the bark has fallen off, which is to be expected & isn’t the seller’s fault. The sizing is very consistent (but not perfect because obviously it’s sliced wood lol) which is super nice. Overall, 10/10, I’ll continue to purchase these! ... show more

We bought these for our wedding to make our own decorations and table numbers and whatever else we used them for! Great buy! Having a wedding is expensive! These worked great, and they were an excellent price for a good amount of them. A lot cheaper than going to Michaels or a craft store. I bought these wood slices to paint as ornaments. The drilled holes are rough, not circular but I thought it would be ok once a ribbon was strung through - so I started painting and while letting them dry I heard a several popping noises. The wood slices were literally splitting apart while they were drying on my crafting table. The listing states “Wood barks may fall off in transit, but wood slices won't easily crack” I’d have to disagree. They crack on their own due to paint drying.
