Since it’s a 2 person assembly job and only supposed to take 30 mins but, I still got it done! And I was able to all by myself . And the couch is absolutely beautiful ! Instructions were straight forward . Simple and very helpful ! The couch holds a good weight quality and my fiancée/ husband and I are both bigger people so this fits perfectly for us with our weight supporting us . ! It’s comfortable! Does not sag ! Does not creak , At first for the price I was a little hesitant . Because usually couches are so much more expensive. This was so much worth the money For my first ever couch I personally ever bought boy am I ever happy ! And pleased ! It’s amazing . Those that wrote negative reviews about this couch I’m sorry they had negative experiences. Fortunately I had nothing but good ones In my case . So I’m thankful on that . The pillow and the backrest back pillows (cushions ) are perfectly fine to me ! No issues there and my man absolutely loves it and was so proud of me . This sectional is actually pretty good for the price point.. it’s sturdy, nice color, pretty good size and comfortable enough.. it’s not plush by any means and I’m glad I read other reviews and ordered a bag of poly fil to stuff the back pillows because they are literally flat, but adding poly fil helped a ton. They are plush enough now to support someone leaning on them. Assembly was easy enough even tho they only send the asian style instructions that have a picture and you figure out what they mean by it.. it must drive the cost up tremendously for companies to actually print words on the paper because just about every item I bought for my son’s new apartment that had to be assembled did not have written instructions, just pictures with numbers and arrows. That’s annoying but this couch in particular wasn’t hard to assemble, took about an hour and a half from boxes open to boxes in trash. It comes in 3 separate boxes with all items vacuum sealed inside, I ordered it on the 19th and it wasn’t supposed to arrive until between the 23rd and 26th but it came on the 21st. I recommend it for a starter piece or young adult just starting out. ... show more

I just got this couch about a week ago and so far it has been amazing. There’s plenty of room for everyone to sit and for two people to lay down on it. It’s really comfortable and fits really well in our living room. The arm rests are soft which is a dream for me so when I’m sick or want a simple nap on the couch I don’t have to bring a pillow to cushion the armrest anymore as the armrest is like a pillow itself. It was really easy to put together and easy to take it apart into three pieces which I look forward to for when I move again. I purchased the grey couch to fit any theme we choose as we’re currently renting and the grey is a very nice color, not too light that it’ll be stained easily and not too dark that it makes the room look smaller or darker. The couch I’d say as of right now has a nice firmness to it that is still really cushiony, but I look forward to it as it gets a little more worn and used. Being a person who had their spine fused it’s hard to find furniture that is comfortable and supportive enough for my back, but this couch is versatile for any sitting position you want. There’s great support laying down and sitting up and conforms to the body wonderfully. This is a sectional sofa that is under $500 with shipping. I'm basing my review on the price point for the quality. If you were expecting a big, cushy, heavy-duty sectional then you weren't being realistic. Those start at $1,500 minimum. This sectional is sturdy, lightweight and easy to assemble. You can easily purchase inexpensive standard sized pillows and add them to the inside each of each back cushion for more volume. That's what we did, and it worked great. The seat cushions are just fine. Just need a few days after unboxing to fully fluff out. It's easy to clean and the material feels great. Very happy. ... show more

We bought this couch to replace our smaller couch, and while it is soft, and roomy, big enough to fit our family of four, the pillows for the back rest are not at all fluffy or comfortable without using another small pillow for back support. Okay, so I’ll start with the good. It came pretty quickly, all three boxes were delivered within days of each other, I only had to wait about a week to receive them. The assembly was pretty easy, my husband and I got it done in about 45 minutes. Now, the reason why I’m rating this so low is because—like many of the other reviews say—the couch pillows are very flimsy, and they don’t have a lot of padding in them. Not to mention we had company over, and the pillows kept falling Everytime someone moved or got up! Not to mention the arm rests are not very sturdy either, it just feels like a deflated pillow. The cushions aren’t too bad, but it’s a pretty small couch. Overall, I would not recommend buying this couch. Yes it’s on the cheaper side, but it would make more sense buying something a little more expensive for more durability and long term use. I’m already thinking of giving the couch away! ... show more
