I would've given 5 stars. The controls are in the wrong spot. The design, color, heating, Elegant box design are all great Key Quality Points. Problem is the controls are inside the iron. I don't know what you were going for. When it turned off, I'm trying my best to turn it back on quickly. But I have to reach inside the Irons to do so. I couldn't tell what each button was for.
