I would've given 5 stars. The controls are in the wrong spot. The design, color, heating, Elegant box design are all great Key Quality Points. Problem is the controls are inside the iron. I don't know what you were going for. When it turned off, I'm trying my best to turn it back on quickly. But I have to reach inside the Irons to do so. I couldn't tell what each button was for. The media could not be loaded. I really liked the straightener. it is cool, matte, pleasant on the hand, and heats up quickly. 4 stars for a minor marriage. The display with degrees does not glow brightly. I will not return. The rectifier itself is excellent.
