I’m so impressed with this whole camping kit! The box was a little banged up upon delivery but everything inside was just as described. You will need a total of 4 AA batteries. The three tools that have lights are surprisingly bright so that’s really fun. It’s easy to set the date and time on the watch. The back of the box shows how to work all the gadgets. We got this for my toddler's birthday. She loves it and we use it alot. It doesn't take up a whole lot of space, which is very nice. The support bars are made out of metal which is the best in my opinion(instead of fiberglass that can break). The tent is easy to fold back away when the kids aren't playing in it.
