Product came in today and does NOT work! Has power to it, light comes on, but it does NOT function at all. I thought maybe it was in “lock mode” for shipping purposes, attempted to unlock and product still does not come on. Attempted to return within an hour of delivery and item is not eligible for return which I find very distressing since it NEVER worked. So for roughly $140 I would recommend going to an actual store so you can ensure the product works, vs purchasing on line from this seller and being out the money with a defective product. The "Big Boss" is just that! IT IS HUGE! You never truly know what the girth of the toy is going to be until it is in hand. We purchased this for my petite wife (5'4" 107 lbs.), and it is way to wide for her. She said it was really uncomfortable while inserted. We had thought she could handle this she had no problem with the 50 Shades of Gray "Greedy Girl" G-Spot Rabbit that is just 1/4" thinner in girth. The product itself is great. The material is super soft like flesh, it built great and the finger hole is perfect.     • Would be a 5 Star if it worked more than one time...
Caution! Great toy if it only worked more than once. We are on our second unit and both have had problems. After the first use the first one would not turn back on w/o being plugged in and holding the power button on. We returned it and the second one worked fine the first time but after being shut off would instantly re-start...(possessed) and we could not make it shut off. We finally wrapped it in a towel and hid it in the bathroom until it ran down. Now it will not start again even after hours on the charger. When the Big Boss worked they were great and the Mrs. loved it!!! Wish we could get one that worked more than once. If it worked more than once we would rate it 5 stars! ... show more
