This is a nice-looking trundle bed set. I was very pleased with how it looks and it was fairly easy to put together by myself. All the tools, screws, etc., were provided and instructions (pictures) were fairly easy to follow. The only area that didn't make sense on the main bed & trundle bed are the "rungs" - not clear how they are to be attached, but got them to stay on so hope I did it right. That was disappointing. This is exactly what we were looking for to replace our daughter’s bunk bed. The daybed itself was easy to assemble. My husband completed it in about an hour. The trundle instructions are useless but it is easy to figure out and assemble. The trundle glides smoothly. This hasn’t been slept on yet but once it has. I will update if there is an issue. I took a star off because one of the round decorative balls came damaged and is a bit sharp. I’m afraid my daughter will cut her hand on it. It’s important to note that you will need a 6 inch or thinner mattress in order to properly slide the trundle in and out. We already have 8 inch mattresses (shown in pic) and will need risers to make it work with the trundle. ... show more

Edited: metal brace that supports trundle when upright bent and broke causing the trundle to collapse on first attempt - for reference I am 145lb which is nowhere NEAR the 400lb weight limit for this bed. overall for the price this is a good buy. takes a bit to put together but overall easy assembly. one warning is the trundle does NOT match the same height as the bed portion. i bought 2 6in matresses as the photos show the trundle rising to the same height as the bed, however that's not the case. so i ordered an 8in matress and will return the extra 6in one. lost stars on the basis of inconvenience to cart a huge matress box to ups to return it. ... show more

I bought this bed to go in my office/guestroom. It looks great and is very sturdy. I put it together myself and I’m not talented. The instructions are pictures only but it was clear what to do. I would definitely recommend.

Size and simple design are perfect, just what I needed. Was very easy to assembly but the material is so light that it twisted and some of the under bed bars broke. Also, can not fit a regular mattress on the lower part. It has to be a special extra thin mattress so it can open and close

This makes the second one I've bought and I am completely satisfied! I have a small house and the guest bedrooms don't have a lot of room, but these daybeds fit perfectly in my space. They are sturdy, not that hard to assemble and the delivery was SUPER FAST!!!! I am a 100% satisfied customer.
