I have been using this mattress for a little under a month just because it's such a hassle to return/resell. I have never experienced this level of back pain, I have even slept on a couch for 6 months and it wasn't this bad. This mattress has 0 support, and if you step on it, your feet will literally feel the ground when it's laid on the floor. Maybe I didn't read further into the description and it was my fault. There is a reason this product has a high rate of returns, something I didn't clock before purchasing. Please avoid this mattress if you require no support or if you hate yourself.
