I wanted to purchase a full size, but ended up getting a Queen, because the cost of the Queen was less then the full, I think that was an error. However, with that said: the mattress is awesome. I am able to sleep most of the night, getting up in the morning without horrific back and neck pain. Nothing can alleviate my pain 100%, except for surgery, which I’ve been putting off. This mattress has made a world of difference! I’ve woken up many day without back pain and barely any neck pain ( which I recently Purchased a water pillow) I’m hoping that will help. With that said, being able to sleep 6 to 7 hours a night is a miracle. Before this mattress I was getting broken sleep: every 60 to 90 minutes, due to pain! I actually slept longer this morning and got my trash bin out late, got it out at 7:30 in the morning, instead of 3 to 5:30 am. But it was picked up. The only problem I had with this mattress, is that for some reason it was placed on my front porch, when I left instructions to be placed in front of garage. I’m a lightweight : I weigh 90 pounds, so having purchased another mattress in a box, I decided to take it out of box, unroll it. I was thinking I could pull it in front door. Well, that didn’t worK. As soon as I unwrapped the additional plastic from it, it exploded on my porch! I ended up with a mattress 1/2 folded, stuck between my house and bannister. I was able to move it somewhat so that it was positioned where I could fight fight it later to get it down the steps. I tried a few hours later to move it, but gave up. Luckily for me, my wonderful neighbors across the street saw it, called and came over to help get it in house. Bless his heart: he said damn, this thing is heavy! The mattress exploded, inflated, whatever you want to call it, because there was a 2 inch part where the seam wasn’t closed. As soon as I unrolled, it started to expand. I’m good with it. Actually I’m laying my mattress as I write this review, I’m a happy little camper. Love that I can sleep all night and basically wake up with normal aches and pains, as a 63 year old woman! ... show more

Very firm mattress. Inflated to size quickly with no smell. Was so firm that we ordered a plush topper knowing it’ll probably soften over time. Has helped with back and shoulder pain. Is easy to feel partner’s motion , there is a lot of transfer but it’s absolutely a great purchase.

**Update: I slept on the mattress for 7 weeks and my original opinion didn't change. I contacted the company for support, and after a lot of back and forth, they were able to bring me some satisfaction in the form of a refund. They're going to tell you that you need to sleep on a new mattress 2-3 weeks to adjust to it. They're going to ask if you'd accept a very small refund to buy a mattress pad. I immediately turned this offer down. If you keep pushing, they'll offer you a slightly larger refund and tell you to sell it, and they'll tell you that you can return it for a full refund, BUT: "Of course, returning the mattress for a refund is also an option, just packing it may be a bit difficult if you don't have a professional packing machine." I don't know anyone who has a professional packing machine, so I can't imagine anyone will ever get the full refund advertised. I ended up countering their refund offer, that they accepted/paid out, and I'm trying to sell the mattress. I'm out about $165 and I'm sleeping on my old mattress. I'm glad support was able to help me, but this was a huge lesson learned about buying a boxed mattress on the internet. **Original Review: I wanted to love this mattress. It seemed like a fair price for the quality, but it has fallen far behind my expectations. The mattress came folded in half and then vacuumed/rolled and boxed. Upon unrolling it there were visible creases at the fold and a very pronounced difference in comfort in the middle. I let it sit for over 4 days. The springs in the folded area have never recovered and there's already a body imprint that also never recovers. I'm 5'11'' 180lbs. Some of the spring areas are also not working as they should. There's a spot by the foot of the bed where it feels like my leg/foot falls into a crevasse. Only the top pillow bit is padded, there is no foam on top of the springs below the pad area and you can feel every spring against your body. The first few nights I woke up with terrible shoulder pain, which has thankfully subsided a bit, but I never awake feeling good on this mattress. I'm going to see about how to return it within the first 100days, but I have a feeling it's going to be more hassle than it's worth and I'll be sleeping on this 'til I can afford to replace it again. Not impressed, not happy, not well rested. I wouldn't buy it again, and I wouldn't recommend it to others. ... show more
