This is a sturdy bed, I bought it as a warehouse item in excellent condition. However, I was missing one of the H screws (pictured), and the headboard metal was bent (pictured). I was able to un-bend the headboard and get it to fit, although not perfect and could cause cuts or pulls in fitted sheet. I am living without one of the H-screws, but really need it, and hope I can get the company to send me one. The only option Amazon offered was to return the entire bed frame, which was not possible/easy once all the pieces are unpackaged and I am not able to box it up well. Purchased this bed frame along with a mattress in a box. The mattress drifts into the bed frame, therefore I had to order a boxspring for it. It was easy to put together and appears sturdy.

I got down to the last few steps to find the wood on the head board was stripped and had no screws, the whole metal part would not fit in (because it was bent weird…. See photo), I kept it because I was almost done building but would like a partial refund
