I like that it was easy to set up, very heavy though. The pillow top is soft and plush but it is firm down below. Expansion was good and it only took a few hrs to expand fully. What is not to love about this mattress? The only thing that I can find wrong is how do you tuck the sheets in on a platform frame? As far as the mattress, it is by far the best mattress that I have ever slept on. The mattress is so soft and firm at the same time that it is like sleeping on a gentle cloud floating in the sky is the best way to describe it. Have a fan? It will feel like sleeping on a cloud floating in the sky with gentle breeze. Now for the bad news, you know what is really going to suck? When the mattress wears out and is impossible to find another one like it. I guess by then hopefully Amazon will sell a time machine so we can all go back and buy another one! In all seriousness, I let the mattress rest for 2 days (48 hours) then flipped it over and let it rest for 1 day (24 hours) before sleeping on it. So, if you buy this mattress you should let it rest 3 total days before sleeping on it (at least that is what I did). Psssst LET THE MATTRESS SIT 3 DAYS BEFORE SLEEPING ON IT that's the secret to let it firm up and be so soft at the same time! ... show more

I recently purchased 2 of these mattresses (one twin and one full) and they were a great choice. This mattress brings me comfort and is firm but not too firm. It also has a great quality to give you a good night’s sleep and doesn’t have a smell. An important tip is to make sure you position the mattress in or near the spot you plan to use it before removing the plastic wrapping because this makes it easier to handle. After I removed the plastic wrapping I allowed the mattress to rise for three days before sleeping on it to ensure it reached its full potential of comfort and firmness. Comfortable. Easy unpacking. The photos are false. The picture shows springs are foam . The springs are metal so it's clear to anyone thinking otherwise. I personally am fine with metal intersprings eitherway and will sleep great on this.

I love the firm support that this mattress provides. Sleep was awesome.. Really love the handles - which made it easier to move. All mattresses should come with handles. Very disappointed in the size. After 72 hours the mattress was only 8 inches high. If I reorder another mattress from this company I would upsize to a 12 inch and hope it would inflate to at least 10 inches. Really wanted to score it a 3 for sizing. ... show more
