Mattress expanded fully within 24 hours, and I was genuinely shocked. As someone who typically can never get comfortable in bed, this mattress all but fixed that. I was warned against mattresses like these because they apparently retain a bit of heat, but I don't notice that issue at all. The mattress is nice looking. It is heavy, which is obviously to be expected for memory foam, but as a back sleeper, and as a larger person, I very much have been enjoying the mattress so far. I anticipate it will hold up well over time.

Size: Queen Style: 10 Inch
Easy set up on a platform frame. Received the mattress this morning and it appears to be fully expanded within a very short time. It is a very nice looking mattress and has little to no smell. I did have windows open in the bedroom to dispel any residual smell, but honestly there was none. Waiting full 48 hours before testing it out. It is for a guest room. At this point it is super firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. I think it could use a soft topper. 48 hour UPDATE: Still super firm, did not become softer. Bought a Serta 3” topper. While it adds some cush, you can still feel the firm support of the mattress. I have slept on it 3 nights (2 with topper). It is better with the topper, but still too firm for me. This is not the first bed in a box we have purchased. We have a Lull mattress which is fantastic. This is for a guest room so didn’t want to spend as much. UPDATE: Customer service seems to be on top of things. I am very impressed. They reached out to me to work with me to resolve to my satisfaction. Emma was my customer service rep who kept me informed through resolution. I would say this is a company that stands behind their product and wants their customers to be satisfied. If you are looking for a very firm mattress don’t hesitate to try this one! I am updating my stars to reflect the positive experience and am taking one star off for the high level of firmness that should be listed in the description. This mattress is amazing! At first I was concerned because when my husband and I first slept on it there was no contouring, and it was too firm; however after a few nights it had a bit more give and began to contour. Now we are both so comfortable that it's hard to get out of bed! I also haven't had back problems in weeks! Ive been telling all my friends and family about it. Get this mattress ... show more

I love this, I have slept like a rock on it. It is firm, but conforming & super comfortable I have scoliosis and have never had such a comfortable night's sleep. Bought a twin for my teenager and he loves it as well. Definitely reccomend!

I moved almost once a year and I am always looking for a perfect queen mattress with memory foam. (Spring mattress would kill me!!) I love this mattress —— it’s thick enough, no back pain. Also impressed by the fast delivery and nice packaging.
