Easy install and setup, has been pretty nice. I can actually sleep in any position and not wake up with a sore or hurt back anymore.. Sometimes think about getting a more plush version next time but this should do just fine

I love this queen size mattress that I just bought. Delivery was on time and set up was very easy. But be very careful when you uncoil the mattress. It is roll up and strongly compressed. Use the cutter provided and slowly slid the cutter thru the plastic covering. Stand away from the side when it open because the force is so strong that it can knock you down. Just follow the instructions given and you will be ok. Other than that, the mattress is beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommended. Thinking of buying a second one. ... show more

I purchased this Regoss mattress in a box and waited the requisite 72 hours for it to fully puff up. It didn't. My 10-inch mattress is only 8 inches. It says it's a hybrid with memory foam. I don't feel it at all. Must be only a centimeter thick. Very stiff and hard. Trying to return it is impossible. How do you get it back "into its original box" when it was compressed in a factory?
