I wanted to wait to review until I had slept on this mattress several nights, BUT, after 1 night, here we are… Amazing, felt like I was in a cocoon, deep uninterrupted sleep. The firmness is magical… it IS exactly MEDIUM… provides enough support that I would use “firm”, plush enough that I hit my snooze multiple times & never want to go to work ever again. I feel like this made its shape almost right away after taking it out of the box, but we let it sit for 48 hours still. No odd or chemical smells. The only thing I can report so far (and this is not the fault of the mattress)… I got the 14” which Google stated standard sheets WOULD fit this…. I’m not sure I would say they exactly FIT. It’s like the sheets & mattress pad are going to pop a corner any second, so I will need to order some “deep” 14” sheets. Enjoy! ... show more

My husband and I have been sleeping on this bed less than 30 days and it has sunk on the side where each of us sleep leaving a hump in the middle. We had a 12 slat support running horizontal. 2 weeks after purchase, to err on the side of caution, we added a vertical 12 slat support. There are 24 criss-crossing slats and this alleged firm mattress sinks like warm marshmallow. I want my money back and the trashmen can have it. I bought a mattress protector, new pillows and sheets and was so excited to FINALLY get a painless, full night sleep. I guess not. ... show more
