The media could not be loaded. I needed to change out my 2 yr old memory foam mattress for something a little more firm but yet still soft, I came across this searching on prime day, it did not have a lot of reviews but I figured I would take a chance, I am so glad i did, the quality was a great mix of soft and firm, it was easy to set up I slept on it the same day I opened it, no smell, value for your money, I would say if you are looking for a medium firm mattress this is it, will change the rest of the beds with this brand mattress. ... show more

This is how the mattress came after taking it out of plastic... did not expand out. Also no high density support foam at base of mattress as stated. This imperfection cased damage to the whole side of mattress which caused the side to not be supported.
