I’m positive it’s a great bed for a person preferring a firm mattress, as it is comfortable but, I prefer a soft mattress so I attempted to return, but you can’t return the item back in the box, however the company reached out to me and provided excellent customer service!

My husband and I are both on the larger side (200 & 300 lbs) And we have no issues with this mattress sinking in. Granted, this is not our every day sleeper. We only use this when camping.     • This was great for about 3-4 weeks, and then the middle sinks and you get back pain

I bought this mattress, and it truly helped me feel very well-rested for the first few weeks. My initial review would've been 5 stars. Now after 6 months, I feel like I need to rotate it every few weeks to counter ongoing middle sagging, and back pain. The middle just sank, again. Perhaps this would be great as a guest mattress for infrequent use. Regular use sinks the middle where your butt starts dropping. I've been trying to sleep on the edges to avoid the middle of it. It was very affordable, but I would advise someone considering this to invest in something that may be more pricey and longer-lasting.--I would've left a worse rating, HOWEVER, this company has outstanding customer service. They really want to make sure the customer is happy after your purchase. So I'm changing my poor review of the mattress to 4 stars for the customer service alone.
