    • Feels springy, comfortable, but not as soft

This was easy to open and get setup. Just be careful when opening because it’ll pop out at you if you don’t open it where it’ll come out and lie flat on the floor. This mattress feels springy when I’m on it. It’s not as soft as I’d like, but my husband likes it because it’s firm. I prefer a softer feel but firmness. I’ve never had a king mattress before so it was real nice and large. Can’t wait to get a frame for this. So far as the quality is say it’s really nice and it isn’t uncomfortable. It’s medium firmness like it says. I also like how you can jump on one side and it barely affects the other side. Which is a cool test people usually do with a drink on the bed. This bed does have all the qualities it states and is not bad price for mattress. I’ve tested more expensive ones that aren’t as good as this one. For now it’s a five star because of all the checkpoints it hits on what it offers. I’m not rating based off of my own personal preference because I saw what this bed was offering and wanted to try it. I think I’ll just have to feel it out for a month or two and rewrite how I feel about it later. ... show more

This was a heavy box to lug into the house! I was helping my mother so I got it out of the box and on the floor then I started to cut the plastic off of it. I knew it was under pressure because it was so much smaller rolled up, so luckily I made my mother move out of the way. When I got near the end it just sort of exploded and the rest of the plastic ripped and it popped open with some force. She had to wait to use it until her bed frame arrived. A little soft, but not to the point where you're going through the mattress. It IS HEAVY, so order with caution. But overall it's not a bad bed. Maybe add a topper if you want for an extra bounce. This mattress is not medium firm aT all. The edges fell like you’re about to fall off it if you sleep to close to them. It sinks in where you lay. Uncomfortable overall. Cannot return because I no longer have the box. *UPDATE: Seller reached out to me to issue a refund. They are working with manufacturer on issue with edges of the bed. ... show more
