At this point my daughter needed a bigger bed and had already seen the house bed. She naturally loves it as a toddler…but as a parent I’m starting to hate this thing. Cheaply made parts, as pictures show, several parts came with damage. The pieces aren’t quality material. Also after following directions exactly the bed doesn’t appear to be terribly sturdy either, it makes noise every time my daughter gets in it and there appears to be a lot of movement in the entire structure - she’s only 40lbs!! The ladder is also poorly designed I noticed after watching my daughter climb it a few times - there really should be some kind of tilt in the ladder instead of being straight up and down to prevent falling, or at least some kind of foot grips in the ladder to avoid slipping on the slick finish of the material. Very disappointed with this bed after spending over $500 (shipping included) and spending half a day putting it all together. Do not recommend this bed at all, not worth the money. ... show more

Product was easy to assemble. All parts were packaged great and organized. One piece did have a crack. I contacted seller and was immediately contacted with a quick solution. The kids love the bed and I love the customer service!!
