  • new favorite planner!
Color: Grey 4.0
I have been an avid user of journals/planners for decades, this one is by FAR my favorite, I knew as soon as I saw it that I would love it, and Im on my second one now. Yes, its expensive, but for me this is a nice luxury spend that feels like a worthwhile investment in myself. (And it lasts 3 months, I spent $50 at a stadium on a pizza and 2 margaritas and that only lasted 2 hrs.) The format is clean and logical, and just the right balance between detailed enough without being overkill. I love that it helps me focus on 10 'goals' at a time, and that I can start at any date I want (although the older version had 12 goals I noticed). I love that the lines are small and efficient. I was surprised to find this version is easier to write in than the spiral version. I like taking the time to really be intentional with what I want and how Im going to get from A to B. The weekly preview is great for preparing mentally for the week ahead on Sunday, and the daily pages have a notes section AND are great for maximizing your lists and leftover minutes here and there. But beyond productivity, this journal for me is about alignment, about being intentional and correcting those little ways I get mindlessly off track. Can't say I would change anything about this planner. 5 stars! ... show more

  • Best planner for my ADHD & Autism.
Color: Navy
I have tried ALL the planners (yes, all of them!) from the Fox to Panda, to Franklin Covey, Bullet, and more. I’m not going to get into why I ditched those. This planner has 2 pages per day, and 4 pages of reflection/week ahead planning. I have room for notes, to do’s, my goals for the week, what could be improved, and room to plan for things that need to be done 3+ months out (this is a three month planner) . This planner helps me with my ADHD, as I set aside time each morning to reflect on what worked the previous day, what I need to do today, without having to draw boxes on each page and decorate for the month, and doing lots of labor and brainpower intensive layouts myself. That got old and very frustrating. This planner lays flat, comes with 2 integrated ribbons for bookmarks, integrated habit tracker, and a great weekly planner with plenty of room to write. Summary: after using this for nearly a month, I’m completely in love with this planner. I love that there are 2 pages per day, pages at the end of the week for reflection, and 2 pages to plan ahead. Daily, there are personal goals, habit-tracker, time scheduling, and nearly a whole page for notes. I’m a Realtor, with ADHD & Autism, and this is the best planner I’ve found for keeping me sane and on track, while allowing me to see/create time for me. ... show more

  • Would buy again.
Color: Grey 4.0
It took me a year to decide to buy this planner. I’m glad I did. I originally heard about it through someone I highly respect for both their productivity and ability to prioritize and balance work with the more important family life. When I saw the price of the planner and reasons for negative reviews I chose not to buy it. Then I came across the Michael Hyatt Free to Focus book in Audible and used a point to buy it. The book was good and included free printables to help get your ideas, priorities, and needed work organized. I looked at the planner again and thought I could get it all done myself with the printables and the knowledge of simplicity of what the planner is. What I discovered is the planner is worth it. Simple, yes, but well organized, and set up to make you think about your year, your, months, weeks, and days and have it all in one place. Yes it will only hold one quarter. BUT I think the habit and mindset it creates is the true value. Once you get in the groove you may very well be able to get by without it. But it will help you learn how to focus, and what to focus on. It’s worth buying and using at least once. I highly recommend the Free To Focus book as well, to help you grasp the big picture concept and point of the planner. I don’t regret the purchase at all. ... show more

  • I buy it (and love it) for the daily pages
Color: Grey 4.0
I’m on my 7th Full Focus Planner. I’m a lifelong planner junkie, so I still have tried other planners over the last couple of years (including a $70 custom one). But I always end up coming back to this planner in a matter of weeks. The size is perfect, and the format of the daily pages is the only one that seems to work for me. It’s simple enough: - the day of the week preprinted, so I just put the date; - a schedule with half-hour lines and the right amount of space to mark meetings and plans; - a call-out area for high priority items; - a to-do list to capture all of the tasks that pile up during the day; and - a FULL page for notes, which I usually use to record notes from meetings, overflow to-do list items, things that crop up that I need to [temporarily] remember, etc. I have not found any other planner with the right balance of space, and that doesn’t require me to work within an overly segmented daily-page structure. Unfortunately, the same can no longer be said about their weekly planning pages. The old version had a full page for weekly notes, which I used for figuring out what I’d be doing for different projects that week. Now the space has its own overly segmented structure that I never use. And I don’t want to use the back pages for that purpose, because I don’t have enough room/organization for breaking it down week-by-week. But if you want to brainstorm your weekly plans for sleeping, eating, exercising, socializing, and relaxing ... well, they’ve got you covered. And maybe I’ll try repurposing that section at some point. I also don’t use the front material much anymore. The format for goal-planning just doesn’t work for me. I wish they weren’t so structured. And the monthly calendars are always forgotten because they’re off on their own. But the “system” might work for others. I’m going to stick with Full Focus Planner simply because of the daily pages. I don’t regret it, because it really helps me to manage my daily workload. And I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest it to someone who cares most of all about managing their day-to-day work life. ... show more
