Having previously used a mask and snorkel, I was somewhat questioning the worth of this face snorkel. This particular face snorkel is excellent in every way. Quality materials, adjustable fit, and provides so much better viewing than a mask and snorkel. Also, it is wonderful to not have to worry about the mask fogging up. It is also wonderful that there is not a breathing tube, but you can breathe naturally within the facemask. I’m new to snorkeling and love this mask! The carrying case made it easy to travel on the plane (I carried it as a small carry on to Jamaica) it’s easy to use and easy to put on, the air flow is great and the mechanism doesn’t allow water in the breathing tube. It’s designed well. We have two! It will leak if you don’t have it positioned or fitted with the straps correctly. Overall, a great buy. Every beach or country I’ve taken it to, people have offered to buy it off me lol ... show more

This snorkel was a hesitant purchase as the price was the same as those that also came with flippers but I must say that this saved my Hawaii vacation. I spent an aggregate of about 18 hours snorkeling over the course of a few days and the flat clear glass with just some refraction at the periphery allowed for some very clear views. I used this snorkel for so long the top of my head in the region just above my forehead began to hurt slightly due to the tight compression - but this was from overuse and not once after properly tightening the sides did water ever leak in, but of course if you turn your head too far to either side or if you are doing flips or acrobatics underwater the seal could be broken but for me under normal use no water ever leaked in. In the stores and shops in Hawaii lesser quality versions of the full face snorkel is sold for a much higher price so I am glad I purchased these on the mainland side and brought them with me. ... show more

I bought the mask for my husband. He struggled using a regular scuba mask because of his mustache. He couldn’t get a good seal. He loves this full face mask. It seals good, great visibility and breathing is easy. He was able to dive to minimal depths with ease! Update: I bought my grandson one of the mask, after he tried my husbands. We went on a trip to Destin, Florida. My grandson snorkeled with the mask and loved it. Others, that were on the the trip with us, used the mask and were very impressed with the mask and the ease of using it. I would definitely suggest this mask and would buy more again. I love the full face masks and have spent many hours using them over the past several years. This one has a very clear lens and works well.
