Upped my star rating due to great customer service. The bed was MISSING the threaded insert and is now completely useless. See picture. What else can I say. Update May 7. Customer service was very helpful and responded quickly. They were in touch once per day trying to solve the issue with the vendor. In the end the vendor could not deliver just the missing piece. A new bed was offered by Amazon but we declined due to NYC apt. logistics. The vendor ended up making a refund on the bed and for now a bunch of old books holds up the leg area until we figure out a solution. I was satisfied with the level of customer service from all parties. The overall quality and parts fit of the bed actually seems really good! Too bad it had this small defect. ... show more

    • super cute but mid quality wise
I love the look of the bedframe but some of the holes were drilled incorrectly causing issues support wise... definitely feels fragile. great for the price. oh and the leds are not built in it just comes with a strip lol. the wood feels solid its just the structure leaves something to be desired.
