I am giving it five stars - but there are a couple of notes. First - it’s a perfect fit. I had no issues pulling the old OEM and replacing it. Suggestion when installing the fan shroud - it’s off a bit so keep your bolts really loose until you get them all threaded. Second - I neglected to add some teflon tape or transmission fluid certified RTV and had a leak - you can see it in the photo. I pulled the nipples and used some RTV on the threads and it sealed up - thought about using some teflon tape but I think the RTV was the way to go. With that - I also upgraded the clutch fan - you can see it in the photo - and now the temp is running in or slightly below spec. Say 200 - 210 in Texas heat. Before the upgrade I was in the 230 - 240 range. Happy with the radiator. ... show more

This radiator is larger than the original factory one. Width and height are about the same. Depth is greater. It is a tight fit but the mounting bolt holes all line up. The fan shroud lower holes have to be elongated to fit. This is an all aluminum radiator. No plastic to be found. Does a good job dissipating heat. All the cooling, heater and transmission lines fit. I received the radiator fan combo and had a body shop install it. When they did their testing they said the fan was fried and wouldn’t work.

Arrived in the best packaging ive seen for a radiator, surrounded by padding on every side possible along with expanded foam for max stability while transporting. My prior aluminum radiator from another company did not arrive like this, and only lasted 2 years. This one feels so much more durable and well put together. The welds are nicely beaded and no issues so far, will update if anything happens but so far so good! ... show more

Jeep runs cooler and so far so good. Easy to install and it fit right in, like a glove. Had to really tighten down on hose clamps to stop them from dripping, but that was it. Just drove over 300 miles and ran great!
