    • Great way to vent and move forward!
For instance, if someone makes me mad they go on my sh1t list that day. I then get to say what i feel lucky or grateful for that day. Example: I am proud I didnt curse out the cashier at fixaburger I am proud I told the cashier thank you and took my husband to work On my sh1t list today: the cashier at fixaburger, my co worker, and my boss I am lucky to: have a good job, have nice friends, and money to buy a fixaburger Notes for the day: Isnt it wonderful I have all the money I need to enjoy my life I am glad I have choices regarding the food I eat and the places I go I feel so valued as a customer at fixaburger This book is a book of ideas and a way to redirect thoughts to the positive and move past the negative. ... show more

this journal was the most perfect gift IDEA for my co-worker. When I scrolled through gifts in searches on amazon I stumbled upon this journal and just knew I had to get it for her! It arived just as amazon informed me it would. The condition came damaged which was very disappointing. I knew the process of returning would result in added time and stress as well as receiving after the holidays which defeat the purpose of gifting for the holidays. . I gifted it anyways. The internal pages are repetitive. Regardless I love the concept and She absolutely loved the pineapples and sayings! I’m sure she saw the imperfection and that is disapointing considering I took extra time to pick the perfect gift. I would NOT buy again based it coming home with marks on the cover. (Advice: bubble wrap and better choice of shipping process ) I wish it was recieved in prestine condition consindering it’s price, that is what you expect. Descriptions and previous photos do not describe what is inside the journal. Here you go, it’s simple. Pages linked in photos...Makes scence. It would have gotten 5 stars if it came in without creases and dark spots as new condition. ... show more
