I was so surprised with all the details about this bike. This is my 4th family ebike. You can easily differentiate the quality even from quality of the screws. They even put cutter into toolbox. That may seem a small detail but had never seen before. They even put a small painting bottle in case you have scratches over the time. Assembling is so easy. Bike is very solid and dimensions are very convenient for various of body types. The performance is fair enough to ride almost all types of roads. It has break lights which is great. Color of the bike and leathers look great. It is comfortable enough if you don’t expect to do off-road. Passenger seat is very spacious. Even two kids can easily fit. The bike arrived well-packed and in perfect condition, which was a pleasant surprise as heavy packages from Amazon often show up slightly damaged. The build quality is impressive, exceeding my expectations. It rides smoothly, and the battery life is great. This bike is far superior to the Jetson bike from Costco. Customer service from Cici was outstanding—she was incredibly helpful in resolving a few minor issues. I was specifically looking for an e-bike that could accommodate a passenger , with ample power and dual suspension. This has it and more! Try not to compare this with a regular bike because it’s not. This takes biking to a whole new level. The Fucare Libra was well packed and delivered without any damage. Unpacking and assembling took me a little more than an hour. It came with all the tools and a instruction manual. The battery came with about 70% charge so I was able to test the Libra immediately. I did a once over and checked all cables , connections and made sure all nuts and bolts were snug. Even though the Libra is a little heavier than some other e-bikes , I had no problem starting off pedaling without the PAS. Once I enabled the PAS, this is where the fun began. Riding a bike and keeping an average speed of 15mph for about 5 miles without much effort in 95 degree weather was pretty cool. I could easily hit about 20-22mph in PAS 3. My daughter has found her new favorite thing. Riding together on the Libra.I purchased the back rest and foot pegs and added back seat handle bar. She feels very secure and says the ride is comfortable. I did reach out to Fucare with a couple questions, and received a response within 24hrs. I would say that I could easily give this e-bike 4.5 out of 5. The build quality is excellent, battery holds a charge for a long time. Tail light is easy to see and when you brake it gets brighter. If there is one negative, I would have to say that the display in direct sun light is sometimes difficult to see especially when you have the headlight on, because automatically dims , and I haven’t found a way to change that. I like to ride with the lights on even during the daytime. There is a way to get into the main menu and reprogram a bunch of settings. I’ll wait and give that a try down the road. Until then, I’m just going to continue riding and see where this e-bike will take me. UPDATE: The display module was defective from the first day I received the bike. Fucare shipped me a replacement back in June 2023 and it never arrived. They were unable to track or locate the shipment and left it at that. After several more emails, Fucare said they would ship me another one. It's the third week of October 2023 and no email or confirmation of a new shipment. UPDATE # 2: 07/24 - I updated my rating to 4 stars, Other than the display, the bike has been a pleasure to ride. The battery has been offering great performance and I've had no other issues. ... show more
