Our household recipe is 1/4 cup of this magical mix topped up to the fill line in the Creami Deluxe pint with Fairlife milk. Voilà! Then we add whatever mix-ins we feel like. Delicious. You can play around with the amount of mix depending on your desired level of sweetness. It is really good soft serve ice cream. I've used this mix with almond milk, whole milk, and half and half, and the results have been very good each time. The half & half makes a rich chocolate ice cream, better than any soft serve I've purchased at a restaurant. I use 3 cups liquid with 9 ounces mix, and combine with an immersion blender, and then freeze in an ice cream maker with a built in compressor and 1.2 quart capacity. Product works well in my icecream machine, be aware it doesn't play well with some types of flavored syrup. One batch came out very sticky and stringy. This was due to the syrup.

I use this soft serve with my Ninja Creami. The ratio is 1 cup mix to 3 cups water or milk. I use milk. As an experiment, I added 1 teaspoon root beer extract to the base. That turned out to be the best tasting root beer float ever! I am going to keep experimenting with other extracts to create old time favorites. This is made for soft serve machine not an ice cream machine. This does not freeze completely, even after hours in a freezer. It just thickens to a glaze icing consistency. It is made to mix the 6 pound bag and 8 gallons of water. Unless you have a soft serve machine, don't buy.

It as a nice creamy feel, but you have to add Vanilla flavoring to the mix, and with out it, the flavor seems to lack.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this vanilla soft serve mix for my Cuisinart Ice cream machine 1.5 qt. It was so delicious!! I used one cup mix to 2 cups very cold milk ( one cup whole milk and one cup 2%milk) . I mixed the soft serve mix and milk and let it sit in the refrigerator for one hour, then placed the mixture in the freezer to really chill it but not letting it begin to freeze. Left it there for about 10 minutes . I removed the inside bowl of the ice cream machine along with the mixture from the freezer. I poured the mixture into the ice cream machine and let it do its thing. It took about 15-20 minutes . It made two good size servings of ice cream . In my third picture I am actually suspending the bowl and cream in the air off of the table by the spoon. The ice cream had a nice thickness to it!! Definitely buying other flavors of this ice cream mix . No need to waste money or time buying ice cream out with this being so delicious and easy !! Update : I am a vanilla person however the chocolate was absolutely delicious !!! ... show more
