I have a 4 year old retired AKC Champion Toy Poodle that weighs 5 pounds. Fromm Puppy Gold Premium Dry Dog Food - Dry Puppy Food for Medium & Small Breeds - Chicken Recipe (yes, I copied and pasted that from this site to make it easier with no mistakes) is the only food used since weened off the mother at 6 weeks old. Due to sensitive gastroparesis, the puppy food will always be the best and only option for our baby. The food has never caused nauseous or diarrhea. Just a full, happy and healthy belly! Always check with your vet first regardless what food you choose for your pets. I’ve read reviews about the price being too high. Think about this… for the rest of your entire life, what are you eating on your plate everyday and every single time you eat? Then do all of the comparisons. The food should be healthy and there are reasonably priced healthy foods for your pets. C’mon now! Seriously, have complete consideration for your pets! This is what we use, this 5 pound bag of small puppy kibbles that lasts our toy poodle for just over 2 months. So, the average is $10.00 a month. I’ve been using this for years. It is made in the US and from what I understand they don’t use products from China. My dogs are very healthy and they don’t have health issues and one dog is eight years old.

This food has been amazing for my little Biewer Terrier! She came to me on a popular, basic puppy food, but I wanted her to have something with a little more quality control and better ingredients. After much research and price analysis, I chose Fromm Gold Puppy and she loves it. I transitioned slowly, but by the time we got to half old food/half new, she was picking around her old food for the Fromm. The next day I switched her completely to Fromm only and she cleans her bowl. I did use some pure pumpkin to help and she has had no digestive issues! We started on this food when our new puppy came home with it. Hadn’t heard of it before. But is it great! We have now switched all our dogs to it. Perfect stools, shiny, healthy coats, no tears stains. very happy with it.
