I gave it 4 stars because the screws didn’t go all the way in or stay in. We bought it for our hallway thinking we could hook it to the switch and turn it on and off by the toggle but I was wrong. That meant we needed to use the on/off switch on the rope itself and made it less convenient. For the price and how cute it was we decided to keep it and put it in our living room by an exterior door/window combo. Adorable! Beware those Edison bulbs are a few bucks! ... show more

I ordered two just put one together, didn't come with light bulbs. I put the light bulb type I had in but I know I need to get a softer light bulb. Very simple and easy even though it don't come with instructions it's got ABC on the wood just remember to run the cord through before you put the back on the other two pieces of wood. And if you got a good heavy wall you do not need the safety pieces for the screws. ... show more
