    • Very Cheaply Made - Caution
I see that all of the good reviews on this product are from people that received the product for free (Vine). I actually purchased these, and while the value is amazing, the quality is about as cheap as possible while still having a functional light. Compared to my older units, which were also low profile, but failed after a few years, these are made with a lot less material. For example, the electrical box is made from extremely thin gauge metal. The electronics, which convert the power from AC to DC (and serve other functions) are minimal and very lightweight. The light units themselves are actually nice enough and seem to work well. I would not expect the light units to burn out, but the electronic to fail first, which is what happens to these low profile units. You are really relying on your home circuit breakers and a fuse inside of these units to save you in case something fails and overheats. As installed, they work fine, but the electrical box and power converter is extremely cheaply made. ... show more

The product came to me broken and missing parts. My electrician charged me a lot of money to try and install this product. That is because of the missing parts and the very cheap quality. The springs were either missing or didn’t work. Very subpar product and it is not worth any money.

    • These canless led lights are advertised correctly, the images are true. Highly Recommended.
[In general:] Time to give this house a well deserved upgrade with a modern look. I just need more light and using brighter bulbs are not cutting it. Wanted a modern look. Figured with these LED wafer/puck lights, would be cost effective. These 12W led lights are equivalent 110W old bulbs should do the trick. [What I like:] 1. 12W led lights are equivalent 110W old bulbs, low power consumption means lower power bills. 2. Sleek and clean modern design. Canless led recessed 6" lights 3. These lights do not put out a lot of heat and are nice and bright. 4. Compatible with most dimmer switches. 5. Easy to install with the 1:1 size template included. 6. 2 year warranty and very Impressed with the overall quality [What I Did Not Like/What I believe would be a cool feature] 1. Wish they were smart lights. I am spoiled and just want to say "alexa or google, turn light on/off 2. RGB lights would have been cool, just to play around with. Freak out visitors, when they can walk into a room with green or yellows, Or scare them with some flashing red and blue lights. We love how bright our house is now. Went from a house with most room only had ceiling fan lights which made it difficult to clean, read or play games. We can now choose The dimness of the light. The lights are more than bright enough and cover a good amount of area. Each light is equal to about a 110 Watt light bulb. I like the 5000K Daylight setting and more of a blue hue, and the wife likes the more subtle 3500k so we compromised with a dimmer. We use the 3500k setting in living room, while 5000k setting is for kitchen area. There is a circle template provided to make exact cuts in the ceiling for the light to fit securely. These lights are lightweight, the wiring is easy to connect into the junction box , it's literally plug and play. We installed these in all rooms of our home. They’re very easy to install! They illuminate the rooms well. Packaging & Delivery:] The packaging is as expected and arrived without incident. Delivery was fast and as promised. [Summery:] All in all I am very happy. I am comfortable with the 5 stars. I have no problem recommending this or the seller. If you're comfortable doing minor electric work (after switching the circuit breaker off), this is a pretty easy install, especially if you already have 6" holes. These lights put out a lot of light, and the color temperature selector let us match other lights in the area. We used this on a covered porch area outside, and another benefit is that bugs and dust can't collect all up in the bulb like our previous can lights. Note: The junction boxes have knock-out holes for wires, which is great, but they don't come with snap-in plastic grommets that soften the sharp edge and help keep wires from getting pulled out. I ran to the hardware store to buy some (standard size) because I wasn't comfortable risking this as a potential issue in the ceiling down the road. ... show more

I got these LED ceiling lights both to replace can lights and for new lighting in our remodel. They are easy to install and I like that they can be adjusted to different shades–just remember to adjust them all to the same shade before you finish mounting them or you will have to take them down again and do it–ask me how I know that! Haha! The price of these was fantastic compared to what I was going to get at the big box store. I got twice as many lights for the same price as others I saw and they look just as good as some name brand ones I had already installed. I recommend these. ... show more

    • Very bright and very easy to connect
Recessed lighting has come a long way! No more cans!! No more screwing in lightbulbs! Now, these small and very powerful LEDs are the new kings of the ceiling. So I used these to replace some existing cans and also added a couple of new lamps using my handy hole saw. And everything was easy and so simple an abolute beginner to wiring electric lights (me) felt like a pro after just two were installed. Each light has the ability to be set to its own color temperture which is nice because each room may have its own specific lighting needs. The quick connectors inside of the junction boxes are very simple to use. It did take my a couple of tries to know exactly how much wire to expose to push into the connector. After doing one or two though you get the hang of it. Once connected the light siomply snap into the ceiling and in about 3 seconds you are done! 5 stars. Love these lights! ... show more
