My first drone broke after I bought it, but that seller was very cold, which made me waste hundreds of dollars, so I have to buy a second drone, when I viewed this drone, I also looked at the feedbacks of other products in this store. The service quality is very good in the reviews, which made me determined to buy it. My this drone performs very well under my controls, and its safety configuration is also very reliable, making its life relatively stable. I rarely write reviews for shoppings. The reason why I finally wrote this review is that their customer service support Allen took the initiative to contact me without me contacting them, asking me if I have any problems with the use and whether I need support, of course, I didn’t need. But Allen still gave me some precautions to help me get started with this drone better, and left contact information, so that I could contact him if I needed any support in the future. This drone is really a pro, really nice quality videos and pictures in 4K, long range I fly mine up to 3 miles and it doesn't lose the signal, very accurate GPS, easy to use and fly, the controller is amazing I can download all my apps and use it just like a tablet, the camera has a night mode, you can fly up to 38 minutes just with one battery and it comes with two, is really worth the money and the technical support is awesome, I really recommend this drone. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This drone is a great find! Totally worth it! It takes great pics and videos in 4k! The remote controller comes with a built in mini iPad that can be use to even watch YouTube and upload all my videos and pics directly to google photos so I can see them on my phone! It flies long distances and super high altitude without losing connection. And with the return home bottom is so easy to bring it back. It comes with 2 batteries and each battery gives about 40-41 minutes of flying time! It’s definitely something I don’t regret buying lol. ... show more

This is a really solid drone, I recommend this for Mid to advanced drone fliers. The camera quality is remarkable, even with light winds it will stay centered. The body design is really nice to! it has a sleek look and the lights on it help let others know the drone is near. Now the controller is the Chefs kiss here, the quality is that of a high dollar smart phone. The controls are quick responsive and the touch screen features give you more power at the finger tips. With Gmail built into the controller, its easy to send videos and photos to you. These features are why I purchased two. One for work & one for me. My personal salute here is the customer service. After I purchased my first drone, it was crashed just a few weeks later. The service Rep. Allen, was absolutely brilliant with support. Even as to reach out personally to me via text/video calls. Never before have I seen such service, especially after crashing the drone. A replacement was sent & the broken drone was shipped back with no questions asked. This drone has been amazing. The stability in the air is impressive and the camera quality is great. The tablet lets you easily assess your videos and send them to Google drive, email etc which is really helpful. I unfortunately had an incident where I crashed my drone and the arm cracked (it hit a brick house pretty hard). I reached out to the company and they sent me a new drone at no cost in exchange for the broken one even though this was clearly user error. I would highly recommend buying this drone. The company will support you with anything you need while you own the drone which gives me peace of mind while flying it ... show more
