We had to return this and were so disspointed because the reviews were great and what we did receive looked like it would be pretty. We opened the box and found 3 sections, put them together and the tree was at most 6'h and very wide at the bottom. It looked ridiculous. Sure enough we saw that the outside of the box stated THIS IS BOX IS 1 OF 2 AND THE OTHER BOX SHOULD ARRIVE WITHIN A FEW DAYS AND IF NOT TO CALL THE MANUFACTURER. Big sticker on the outside of the box. Called manufacturer who said they couldn't do anything or even advise since purchase was made through Amazon. Called Amazon and they insisted that there was only 1 box on the order. SO we had half of a tree and were forced to return and afraid to reorder in case we got half of a tree again. ... show more
