Key takeaways from this xmas inflatable arch: - There are 7 total tie downs (as shown in one of my pictures) - Comes with 3 equal length black nylon ropes that are frayed - I used a lighter & pliers to fuse them together so they don't continue to fray (see before & after photos). - Comes with 6 empty "bladders" to be used as weights - I filled mine with sand as water can get gross really quick. - There are zippered pockets under each "foot" so I stuffed 3 x sandbags inside each one. - While this is 8 foot tall fully inflated, the bottom of the archway is about 5 foot 6 inches tall so if you're taller, you'll be ducking to get under this - Comes with a drawstring bag for storage, which is a nice touch. - Unfortunately, the candy canes do not stand up right. Overall, I like this xmas inflatable but between the limp candy canes & the frayed ropes that it came with, I can't say I love it. If you're OK with those two cons, then this is a nice set to pick up. 3/5 ... show more

This made my kids so happy! The motor isn’t super loud. It’s super cute during the day and the lights are cute at night. Just make sure you use the included stakes to hold it down or it will end up in your neighbor’s yard!

This is a really cute arch that we hung up over our sidewalk. Although the inflatable is 10ft. high, the arch height is not even 6ft. So while it works just fine for kids and shorter adults, I feel a little guilty for the delivery drivers dropping off boxes at our house that have to dodge it. It also does not come with enough ropes and tie downs. I guess I didn't realize how many ropes you need to secure it well - you honestly need 3x as many that came with this set because of the unique shape you cannot secure it from the back/middle so you have to secure it only from the sides. The plastic stakes that come with it are useless too - you have to be careful not to break them when you're putting them into the ground. I would recommend either the thin but longer stakes to replace it or the metal ones that screw into the ground to keep it secure. Otherwise the lights work well at night and the little weights in the nutcracker feet are helpful in keeping them from blowing around. Like it - but definitely could be improved. ... show more

The first one we got felt cheap, was missing, tiedown tabs, and the seams popped open in some areas. We sent it back, thinking we would get a better one that was not defective. The next one that came had all the same issues. We got a different one for less money, that was better quality with the correct tiedown tabs, and had zero issues from it.     • I love the lighting and it was so easy to set up

I've never had an inflatable so I was nervous about how these worked, since mine was a bit of a taller one with arch. It couldn't have been easier. I ran an extension cord from the side of my house to make it easier for me to connect/disconnect (I kept forgetting to set a timer). The first time you blow it up, you do need to extend everything out to make sure the air gets all around. I was able to semi manage it on my own, but it would have been much simpler with a second person. Reason being is that you need to stake one side to make it sturdy, while the other falls over and it just makes it harder. Once my dad came to help out, we were able to get it up and perfectly stable with the stakes and two large pieces of cord it came with. It did come with an instruction booklet but it was very general, so I didn't pay as much attention to it (since it was not for my exact product). I love the lighting at night. I actually didn't realize it as I would turn it on a bit earlier and when I saw it, I thought it was just so cool. Unplugging it makes it all sort of fall flat, of course, but I would move the pieces so that they would be in place for the next day. I really like this and I can't wait to put it up again next year. Seems like it will last me a while (assuming I take care of it and there are no crazy weather storms - in which case I would bring it indoors). ... show more

    • This is going to be so cool for the holidays.
As it is not yet Christmas, I set this up in my living room to test it out. It feels like its bigger than 8 ft because it was pressed against my 8ft ceilings after it inflated. I experienced a moment of panic when I kept thinking that at any moment it would be done inflating but it just kept getting bigger. I checked all the seams and everyone was well stitched and even. The glow from the lights is not very bright but it gives it a cozy glow that illuminates the details without it being something that you can see through your curtains at night. It comes with ties and stakes but I'm going to have to experiment with those to get the arch to sit just right. At full inflation, the bottom takes on a more rounded form and when we used our hands to hold the ties to the floor, we had to take turns making little adjustments to one line or another before it stayed more centered and didn't lean with the curved bottom. But its an inflatable, they're going to do that to an extend no matter what. We'll probably wrap a few concrete blocks with wax paper and bows to brace it for extra stability. The fan is actually quieter than the ones on my other inflatables which surprised me since this is such a big piece but its nice to enjoy the arch without being distracted with a loud noise that never stops.
