If I had a do-over, I would not purchase the sink from this seller. It’s just an okay sink. I can’t leave a review for the sink I wanted as both times the sink I ordered was late and the wrong color. Finally after attempt 2, and two weeks without a sink, and nobody going an extra mile to make things right, we decided to install the champagne colored sink into our kitchen where we we anticipated a beautiful charcoal one. I do like this sink, although, it is much lighter in color than shown in the picture and as described. It was between this linen color and the champagne color and a went with the linen because it was much cheaper. It could have been a little more of a cream/beige color as what I was hoping for, it's more white with a hint of color ..Just installed.. I'm unsure the easy-to-clean review because we have not had a chance to have to clean it yet. ... show more

There are no mounting brackets on this sink nor are there any receptacles to use if you thought you would just buy some. So mine is affixed with clear silicone adhesive in a snug counter hole. I looked up instructions on manufacturers website and multiple google/YouTube searches before finally just deciding to install it as described above. I purchased the sink to match my new granite. The color is perfect! However, as others have stated it arrived cracked. They need to package it better. It was obvious it was dropped on a corner and the flimsy styrofoam broke and it cracked the sink. They do automatically send you a new one if you requested instead of a return. This was the third time I ordered this sink (twice from another source-both defective - one w/o a hole for the faucet, one cracked). It arrived without a predrilled hole for the faucet as shown. Contacted the manufacturer, said they would replace it, checking it for defects before sending. The fourth sink arrived, again, no predrilled hole for the faucet. Sent an immediate message to the manufacturer. No response for 2 wks. When I again contacted the rep, their response was it's not defective; that's how they come - no predrilled hole, despite every advertisement showing a predrilled hole (even on the delivery box it shows a predrilled hole) with options for additional holes. Funny, they would replace it the first time because it didn't have a predrilled hole, but then backtrack when the second sink arrived in the same condition. The company has been unresponsive since. I received this sink the day before it was installed. I was not certain I liked the color. It's not as creamy looking in real life. In fact I thought it looked dirty. As much as I LOVE the sink, the best part of this purchase was the customer service. It arrived broken and we were on a tight timeline. I figured I'd have to buy something at a Big Box store immediately just to stay on our time budget but the moment I clicked Return, they sent me another sink.
