Normally these would be in a branded box, with tissue paper, boot inserts etc. They arrived just folded up in a plastic envelope without any packaging. Fortunately the boots were fine. Zero stars for how they were sent, 5 stars for the actual boots.

I never have to purchase wide calf but these ran tight. For reference I purchased my usual 6.5 and I am 5’3”, 136 lbs. I could’ve potentially worked with the sizing issue but the material just looked cheap and plastic and the higher price point didn’t reflect the low quality of these boots. These boots fit great even around the leg. They're not so wide like some boot. The only thing that could be better is if they were leather.

I’m about 5’6 and 140 lbs I’m usually a 8.5 and I got the 8.5 regular and it fit nice with pants on. I think you don’t need the wife unless you’re going to wear it with jeans or if you have wide calves
