    • Probably the best hard case if own both controllers
Took a little while for manufactures to catch up but we now have cases that hold the stick controller in addition to the motion controller and this case does it about as compact as you can get it without compromising safety for the contents. The foam insert is cut well and fits everything snug but not too tight. I didn’t think I would be keeping the motion controller but I am. But 90% of the time I use the stick controller. I also like to have a case that holds everything. Meaning the charger, accessories, batteries etc. When I go on vacation or to a job I want everything in one place so that I know I’m not forgetting something and this case fits the bill perfectly. There is actually a lot of room under the drone which is perfect for goggle batteries, cables and ND filters. Not much else I need for this drone. 4 batteries and 2 goggle batteries is about 2 hrs of flight time for me. Plenty good. The case itself is good for the price. I’ve had fpvtosky products in the past and they never seem to disappoint. The clips feel sturdy, same with the hinges and I inadvertently water tested the other day and everything was dry inside. I would say the things it’s missing is a pressure release but really that would only be needed if you were to check the case on a flight which to cant anyway. The second would be clips for a over the shoulder strap. This is not a case I would hike with so keep in mind it’s not super light but not heavy either. But with nowhere to add a strap you are literally hand carrying it. It’s fine for my needs but keep that in mind. If you are looking to hike or carry with you all day you might want to look for a backpack instead. I also purchased this on sale which does skew my impressions a bit because it was so affordable. Most of my hard cases for camera equipment is $200+. All in all I would highly recommend for a cost effective all in one hard case kit. Good luck and enjoy! ... show more

This case is perfect for my Avata. Makes it so easy to transport and work out of. Holds both remotes perfectly. It's a good balance between be lightweight but plenty strong.

My DJI Avata fit perfectly. The case feels solid and the closing latches are very solid. I have no doubt I could drop this several times and my drone would be fine.

This is a fantastic case- custom fit for the DJI Avata. It has spots for BOTH the motion controller AND the DJI FPV controller, and looks like it will fit either one of the goggles - V2 or Goggles 2. It also has ample space for other things like SD card holders/readers, cables, etc, in addition to 4 spots for batteries. It's built tough and will absolutely protect your equipment. It also has two holes you could either put a shoulder strap on (not included, however) or you could use it to put a small lock on it. Love this case. ... show more

    • Fits it ALL !!!
I just received my Avata Pro View Combo and this FPVtosky Hard Case and it literally fits it ALL !!! I closely looked at all the hard cases on Amazon and while many are the same under different manufacturers names (some with slightly different layouts), the ONLY thing lacking is maybe fitted spots for extra goggle batteries. The outer shell is extremely similar to a Pelican Hardigg case with a different latching mechanism. The fitted foam is firm and non-compressible, while the egg crate foam on the top is soft. If you watch the video in the description showing the pack out, you'll see how everything fits very well. I also purchased a StartRC Landing Pad, but did not like how the cover foam pressed the landing pad into the drone. So, while I appreciate the detail to glue the foam to the cover, I carefully removed the foam from the cover in order to keep all the manuals and the landing pad in between (that way it stays flat while the foam is still allowed to compress against the drone and equipment SOFTLY. And while some may say that this case is pricey, the Avata with all the ancillaries are WAY more and are worthy of better protection than a loose backpack. ... show more

If you have an Avata, this case is great. It has plenty of space for your drone, goggles, controllers, and some extra accessories. The fit is fantastic, it’s sturdy, and the hinges work great.
