I purchase hard cases for all of my expensive drones; even the ones that come with soft cases from the factory. I consider it cheap insurance against damage. This case feels well-built with double-throw latches. Plus, it has perfect cut-outs for all of the Avata 2’s accessories; charger, flight batteries (stored in the charger) and an extra slot for another battery (or other item), extra props, manual, motion controller and goggles, and even the FPV 3 controller with the control sticks still mounted. ... show more

I always prefer these solid cases over the bags that DJI provides. The case are a little less convent, though they offer much better protection! This one is well designed with plenty of space for accessories and everything fits well.

Solid case, sturdy and looks great. Not a lot or extra room for spares (propellers, charger, cords etc...) it does hold everything solid and works for our needs. Much better than the lunch bag (which if you have an Avata 2, buy a hard case and re-purpose the bag to a food sack, works great!)
