It is so nice and so comfortable. There was no smell, And it popped right up to its full size Almost immediately. Extremely easy setup, I left it for a little over 24 hours before I slept in it. Some people say to wait up to 72 hours, but it already reached it full 12 inches And I just couldn’t wait! Quality mattress at an incredible price, I would recommend to anyone! Upon set up, while removing the plastic the mattress immediately began to expand. I waited 48 hrs and I had to sleep on it. For the first time in years, I slept through the night. The mattress was delivered on a Sunday. We set it up and an hour later I broke my left ankle and my right foot. Proof pic. Come home from the ER and I am legit. On bed rest for the next four weeks. After surgery if was a dream to come home to it. This turned out to be the best mattress ever. Had I been stuck with my old one? I would have backache shoulder pain, head pain. Just yhe right amount of firmness. My husband was set upon a extremely firm one but we've learned. Firm isnt always the best. Plush top, just perfect. Set up, literally took it out of the box, laid it on frame, took off the wrapping a VOILA!!! I could give this mattess more stars, I would. The reality you can't get a better mattress expensive or not. We did a ton of research, went to furniture stores, learned what was good for our bodies and bought this. The price wasn't a concern. Easy to setup, super supportive, does say extra soft but it's about medium firmness. Supports everything. I use to toss and turn all night long but I've been sleeping in this bed for a little over 2 weeks and I wake up in the same spot I fell asleep in. The mattress is Ok. It shipped fast, was easy to setup & did not take long for it to fluff up after taking it out of the box. It looks great! And so is the price! Now to comfort. I’m a little disappointed because it is definitely not plush. The top is soft but the core of the mattress is fairly firm in comparison to my previous plush queen mattress. I’ve only slept on it one night but kind of bummed. I love my queen mattress but finally decided to get a king bed and I already miss my queen. If you are looking for a true Plush mattress, this one isn’t for you. If you do like it more on the firm side, you’ll love everything about it! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t understand the other reviews at all, I think I received the wrong mattress if I’m basing it off the reviews I see. It is not soft AT ALL. The only thing soft on it is the material, other than that this thing is a ROCK. Look, I’m all for a firm mattress but you don’t even sink a little bit into this thing. It’s terrible. Me, my husband, and my 4 month old hate it. We waited 3 days for it to fluff and it still sucks. I would have saved more money to just sleep on the floor, and would have the same result, we both woke up with hip pain because we are side sleepers. Just believe me when I say this thing sucks. I’m def gonna look for how to return it. Video shows me pushing down to show there is no softness, my hand barely sinks into it. ... show more
