I owned this clock for almost two years, but it only worked for about 6-8 months at first, after that each time I had to change the battery, it worked progressively less each time I changed the battery. The first time after 6-8 months it was working for about 3-4 months on the same battery, but then it started to fall behind. I assumed it was a battery, so I got a fresh one, this time it was only 2-3 months before it started falling behind. I still thought it was my batteries, maybe it was just too old (although we bought it within that year), so I bought a fresh batch of batteries, but this time clock was working maybe for a month before it started rapidly falling behind. I love the way it looks, and while it worked it was great, but all you get is 6-8 months at best, so you have to treat it as a semi-annual expense, which I am not willing to do even for an inexpensive clock. ... show more
